Nocturne Painting Under Street Light

So I started a Nocturne Painting last year, a snowy night...Mel walking in the glow of a street light. Thought I would put it back on the easel. Went for a walk a few nights a go when it was snowing to remind myself of what the scene should look like. And I was surprised I had not noticed that the city had upgraded the street lights and they are now a crisp white light. Who would have ever thought Id be painting history. Now I only have the photos I took and my memory to get it right. It was a warm glow on the cool darks. He seemed lonely walking in the dark by himself so I painted in a dog - I have yet to name it but I'm sure as usual Mel will come up with something witty.
